Forms and Guidelines for Researchers
If any portion of research is conducted at one of the four Spokane hospitals and St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute review and approval must be obtained from the IRB–Spokane. The file links below are available in Microsoft Word. (Note: If you have problems with any of the forms, it's possible that you have a different version of Word.
